Krysta Palmer is a dynamic, professional Consultant with over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, health and safety, recruitment and workplace investigations and has worked with all levels of management.

She provides Beyond Rewards clients with professional on-site and off-site HR Services from recruitment through to termination, health and safety, policy development, conflict resolution, outplacement services and workplace investigations. Krysta has experience coaching management on how to conduct successful and effective performance reviews with their staff so that the desired outcomes are achieved.

Krysta graduated with Honours from the University of Guelph in Human Resource Management. In addition, she received her Myers Briggs certification from Psychometrics and DiSC certification through Watmac.
